Shipping policy
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Orders over $75 (FREE) Economy Shipping: Delivery within 5-8 business days
- Economy Shipping: ($7.95+) Delivery within 5-8 business days
- Economy Shipping: ($9.90+) Delivery within 3-4 business days
- (International shipping not available at this time)
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship to all U.S states. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.
Damages:
- On Mays Street is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office for assistance in locating your package. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Errors:
- If you receive your package with missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct items immediately.
