Refund policy

At On Mays Street, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're happy with easy returns. Please review our policy below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, including accessories, clearance items and custom orders, are not eligible for return.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at life@onmaysstreet.com or visit www.shoponmaysstreet.com to initiate the return.
  2. You will receive instructions on how to return your item
  3. Ship your items back to us using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds or Exchanges:

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you do not see the refund within 15 days after processing, please contact your bank or credit card company for further details. 

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please note that if the item is damaged during shipment, we will request you to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Holiday Return Policy:

Items purchase between November 20th and December 24th can be returned up to January 24th of the following year.

 

Processing Fee:

A 10% processing fee will be charged on all returns.
